| Did anyone ask for a Super Bowl party to go? E is shredding pulled pork at the moment, and I'm rounding up the desserts to take to our friends. As it traditional, (three thing-a-days and counting) I made the peanut butter cookie bars with melted chocolate....this year I also made brownie cookie sandwiches. I think I like regular brownies better, the icing is too much sweet for me....but I was trying to mix it up a bit. I'm wishing I tried something like brownie with caramel and seasalt, like we saw on that food network show a couple of weeks ago. Oh well, next get together. |
